A university poster zine project in 2020 with the theme "Lockdown" how you see it and what changed in the world.  I wanted to talk about the comeback of the facemask. The zine was meant to be printed on DIN A1 paper and having 8 pages to read on the back.
The slogan of the poster is "Less beak, more mask!" and shows that all that changed was the mask. We are still on the bus, are still reading, talking or listening to music. It was made to capture the feeling many of us had at the start of 2020 with an apocalyptic touch to such normal tasks like riding the bus.

Our masks like each other. The plague masks were meant to save the person wearing them, making them able to "heal" more people, the ones today may save everybody else. Wearing them was and is a sign of solidarity and humanity.
The whole zine unfolded. Inside, I worked with the same illustrative vector style as on the poster, including the bright yellow colour of the Berlin bus service. The text describing a little more about the origin of the beak mask and the differences to the one we are wearing.
On the last side, you can see a simple instruction on how to saw a face mask.
